I take my iron suppliments again.
That big sucker right below my knee cap is from falling during sprints at Sports Conditioning (AKA do sprints, sit-ups, and push-ups for an hour) at the gym last night, the other is fairly old and maybe from the Oktoberfest over the weekend? Might be just from being clumsy and walking into things in general.
PS - 18 days till the 10k and I don't feel prepared in the slightest.
